Summary
Film spans seven chapters.
Macy and her husband Chase go for a scenic walk in the woods and encounter a hulking figure wearing a porcelain doll mask.
'Dolly' takes Macy home and begins raising her as a child.
Never leave the trail
At a swift 75 minutes, indie slasher boasts some impressive gore, but acting reflects low budget.
Dolly slamming her shovel into Stifmeister's mouth was nasty, but the only other real thing of note is Macy biting Dolly's nipple off when 'mummy' breastfeeds her.
Macy releases who I think is Dolly's son who initially holds her at knife point. Then for some reason, he viciously beats Dolly with a shovel, to which she bludgeons him to death with the same weapon.
When Macy and Dolly inevitably engage, the face behind the mask isn't really clear.
In the final chapter (Goodbye), a random police officer is decapitated by Dolly from behind.
Kill is practically identical to how Jack Baker murders David Anderson in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.
(Laughs).
After running Dolly over, Macy retrieves her ring and drives off ironically laughing.
If you're expecting antagonist to launch one more attack, think again.
