It was re-released as Pro Boxing Simulator, fooling people into thinking they were buying a new game.

Codemasters later reissued the game, removed the 'New Release' label on cover, changed it to 'previously known as Fair Means or Foul' (wrong in itself) and offered a refund to anybody who bought both versions.
