29 years after embarking on their mediocre Bogus Journey, the dudes from San Dimas explode back onto our screens.
Oh, Bill & Ted Are Doomed is a direct sequel to Bogus and prequels feature presentation.
Issue #1 is out now, and monthly Dark Horse series concludes in December.

Summary
Rufus's daughter Kelly (a nice way to honour George Carlin), takes Bill and Ted x amount of years into the future where her mother The Great Leader informs that in order to unite the world and save reality, our heroes must write the best song ever.
Meanwhile, Thea and Billie help respective fathers by recruiting the likes of Mozart, Jimi Hendrix and Louis Armstrong to form a totally bodacious band.
However, killer robot Dennis is hot on their trail.
No way.
A most triumphant return
Dean Parisot has proved even I can be occasionally wrong.
Idea is derivative of original, but goofy humour is spot on and chemistry between leads remains just as strong.
While there are laughs aplenty, the emotionally insecure Dennis made me chuckle the most.
But...
Offspring were quite irritating and some sequences with future Bill and Ted didn't work.
I did like the British accent part, which is surely a cheeky nod to Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Ending is VERY abrupt and post-credits scene of old fogies rocking out for the final time was unnecessary.
During which, sound effects are bizarrely out of sync.
Intentional? Who knows?
Nevertheless, overall - result is stellar.
