Summary
While at Lady Raven's pop concert with his teenage daughter Riley, Cooper notices an unusually heavy police presence around the venue.
He learns from a vendor that a serial killer known as the Butcher is due to attend and the FBI plan to bring bastard down.
It's soon revealed that Cooper is the Butcher, and a guy called Spencer he captured earlier is slowly dying of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Profiler Dr. Grant and Lady Raven become part of the chaos.

Harnett does the heavy lifting as devoted psycho dad, but ridiculous premise is neither clever or entertaining - just fucking DUMB.
By the time action switches to Riley's house, I'd already lost the will to live and nearly nodded off.
Saleka's songs and singing were okay, but acting debut sucked spectacular balls.
Overall, another Shyamalan nuclear bomb.
