Benedict Wong - Wong
Xochitl Gomez - America Chavez
Summary
After the events of Avengers: Endgame, Spider-Man: No Way Home and WandaVision, Strange and Wong rescue America Chavez from one-eyed octopus Shuma-Gorath.
Whippersnapper explains 'demons' are hunting her because she has the power to open doors to the multiverse.
Strange asks Wanda for help, only to find that she has been corrupted by cursed book the Darkhold.
At Kamar-Taj, Wanda makes light work of resident sorcerers, but Strange and America manage to escape (albeit accidentally) to Earth-838, and begin their search for the Book of Vishanti.
Mid-credits
Strange is greeted by Sorceress Clea (Charlize Theron) who informs his escapades has created an 'incursion' which must be fixed. She creates a portal and they enter the Dark Dimension.
Unlikely, but could this lead to Secret Wars?
Post-credits
Bruce Campbell's Pizza Poppa is finally freed from Strange's spell and exclaims "It's over!"
The Evil Marvel Dead
Impressive performances and boundary pushing 12A horror fail to mask a muddled and disappointing mess.
Characters share zero chemistry and Scarlet Witch is basically a derivative of Jean Grey in X-Men: Dark Phoenix.
Plagued with relentless exposition and cheesy one-liners, Michael Waldron's screenplay sucked ass.
CG can be ropey and Strange battling alternate self with musical notes was just fucking weird.
For all its misgivings, how Wanda kills the Illuminati (less Mordo) was excellent.
