Archetypal of series, not a lot happens at first, but as sinister dots are joined, the last 30 minutes or so moves at pace.
Boo moments are predictable, but still pretty effective.
As things escalate, we witness cult leader Jacob sacrificing a mutant two-headed goat which is taken to an isolated church.
Soon after, Margot is inevitably attacked by an unseen force.
New antagonist is the Prince of Lust, Suffering and Wrath, Overlord of Nine Hells and the Prince of Demons.
